Do you also do a print version ?
While we don't offer a print version at the moment, we're actively exploring the possibility of introducing this option. As a company committed to eco-sustainability, we're dedicated to finding the most environmentally friendly printing solution. Rest assured; we'll keep you updated once this option becomes available.
In the meantime, please feel free to arrange printing through any provider of your choice. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards expanding our service offerings.
Do Guests need an account ?
Guests DO NOT need an account or registration, guaranteeing a hassle-free experience.
Is there a limit on how much each guest can upload, both in terms or images and personal messages ?
Yes, each guest can upload according to the package selected and paid for by the host, ranging from a maximum of 2-5 pictures (per guest) and a personalized message(s) from up to 250 - 500 character words (per guest).
Can my Guests view the Guestbook ?
NO, Guests are not able to view the book until it has been finalised. Once finalised the Host can share their Guestbook book via email or what’s app etc....
How do I save my Guestbook ?
Saving your Guestbook is simple. Our platform offers intuitive layout and editing options. After uploading your main image and text, you'll be prompted to save your changes. You can continue to make edits until the finalization day, even after receiving all messages and images.
If you encounter any difficulties with saving, please don't hesitate to contact us. We suggest keeping your browser open in only one tab or window at a time for smoother operation.
How do I receive the QR code to share and where should I display ?
Once you've completed registration, selected the event options, and made payment, your unique QR code will be promptly sent to you via email. You can then print these codes to display them however you prefer. We suggest placing them on each table so that guests can conveniently scan them while seated and enjoying their meals or drinks at you event, without needing to leave their seats. This ensures maximum engagement with the memoir (guestbook).
For Guests that cannot attend, you can share the link via what’s app. Please note the QR code is only valid on the day of the event and will expire after the selected timeframe.
Can the QR code or guestbook be created abroad ?
Yes, the application can be used worldwide, so long as you have a WIFI/internet or mobile data roaming available.
Can I delete a message or image from my Guestbook ?
Yes, as the host, you have the capability to delete any message(s) or image(s) that you deem inappropriate before finalizing your guestbook. This can be done in realtime, simply just log into you account and view in 'My Guest Uploads' ' anytime during or after the event. Once the book has been finalised then this will not be possible.
Will the photo’s lose quality after they have been uploaded ?
The images will remain the same quality as they were taken and uploaded.
Pricing & Packages
We offer various pricing packages tailored to suit different types of events and the number of guests attending. During the registration process, you'll have the opportunity to choose the package that best fits your needs.
If you find yourself in a situation where you've purchased a lower-tier package and encounter full storage on the day of the event, you'll receive a prompt to upgrade to a higher package level.
Please note that at this stage, there will be an additional administration charge for upgrading.
We highly recommend selecting the appropriate package from the outset to maximize your saving.
Getting started with ‘The UniQuill’ Web App
- Do I need to download a app?
‘The UniQuill’ users DO NOT need to download any app as we are web based. Only an internet / Wifi or a data roaming connection is required.
- What can I do on the app?
Hosts can create and manage, their digital guestbook
- Is it compatible with my iPhone or iPad?
Our web app is available for any smart device both iPhone, iPad and Pc/Macs. Basically any device that can connect to the web.

How long should I select the QR code expiry ?
We would sugest to keep in mind a much longer date, just incase your guests do not find time to contribute during your function or after. There is no difference in price.
Please note the expiry of the QR code cannot be extended once selected/expired. The code will automatically expire once you finalize the guestbook. For the best experience, we suggest choosing an expiry date at least 7 days after your event.
When can I view my guestbook ?
Viewing Your Digital Guestbook in Real-Time
Your guestbook updates in real-time! Simply log into your account and select ‘My Guest Uploads’ in the top right corner. Any messages and images you approve will be automatically added to your guestbook.
Once approved, you can view your guestbook under ‘My Guestbook(s)’, where you’ll have access to ALBUM 1 & 2 before finalising.
Finalisation & PDF Delivery
After finalisation, your Guestbook PDF will be sent to both your registered email address and your UniQuill account. The PDF will be formatted in a horizontal layout, with each page saved individually for safekeeping.
Viewing Your Guestbook as a Book
If you prefer a two-page book format, here’s how you can view it:
• Apple Users: Upload the PDF to Apple Books (iBooks) for a seamless reading experience.
• Samsung Users: Use the Kindle app to open the PDF in a book format.
• Other Devices: Use a PDF reader that supports two-page spreads:
Please note: On a smartphone, only a single page will typically be displayed at a time. For the best two-page viewing experience, we recommend using a PC.

Guests can still scan the QR code, and the link will remain in their web browser, automatically opening once they have a WiFi connection, whether during or after the event. Alternatively, the provided URL can be shared at any time, allowing guests to contribute whenever it’s convenient for them. The link is also useful for those that were unable to attend.
