The Host selects their event type, guestbook style, and package. If they don’t already have an account, they’ll be prompted to create one before payment. ‘The UniQuill’ then generates a unique QR code, along with ready-to-use display templates for the event, and a shareable link that guests can use to upload their memories to the guestbook.

Step 2

QR Code Uploads for Personalised Messages & Photos

Guests effortlessly scan the QR code or select the link provided by the Host and upload personalized messages and photos directly from their library or the event itself. Upon upload, guests receive a personalized message from the host.

Host Review & Approval Process for Memoir Completion

Review and personalise your memories. Edit or remove any photos or messages you don’t want to keep. Choose your favourite layout,

Personalise your guestbook by uploading your favourite photo, adding a meaningful message, and choosing a background colour that perfectly complements your event. Whether you choose one of our ready made designs or create your own, you can make your guestbook cover truly personal and memorable. A QR code display template will be provided for FREE, or you can request for a custom template for an addtional fee. 
We offer a range of pricing packages designed to suit different types of events and guest numbers, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that best meets your needs. If you purchase a lower tier package and reach the storage limit on the day of your event, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to the next package level. Please note that any upgrade will be charged at the full, non-discounted price of the new package, minus the amount you have already paid. To get the best value and maximise your savings, we strongly recommend selecting the package that best matches your expected requirements from the outset.
While we don't offer a print version at the moment, we're actively exploring the possibility of introducing this option. As a company committed to eco-sustainability, we're dedicated to finding the most environmentally friendly printing solution. Rest assured; we'll keep you updated once this option becomes available. In the meantime, please feel free to arrange printing through any provider of your choice. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards expanding our service offerings.
-       Do I need to download a app? ‘The UniQuill’ users DO NOT need to download any app as we are web based. Only an internet / Wifi or a data roaming connection is required. -       What can I do on the app? Hosts can create and manage, their digital guestbook -       Is it compatible with my iPhone or iPad? Our web app is available for any smart device both iPhone, iPad and Pc/Macs. Basically any device that can connect to the web. -       Is it available in my country? The ‘UniQuill’ web app is available in most countries. However, internet restrictions in certain countries may limit or prevent access to foreign websites and online services. For example, access may be restricted in countries or regions such as China and the UAE (including Dubai), which could affect your ability to access or use the app.
